We are back working with a valued client of ours looking for an Office Manager in their well established team.

The duties of the Office Manager as are follows- Overall management of the administration office and day-to-day running of office operations.

Supervision, training, support, and performance oversight of the administration team.

Allocation and prioritisation of workloads, holiday planning and ensuring adequate administrative cover.

Training and supervision of multiple teams across the board.

Acting as the primary point of escalation for customer service and administrative queries.

Liaising daily with Production, Warehouse, Samples team, Accounts, customers, suppliers and transport providers to ensure the smooth flow of information.

Monitoring outstanding customer orders, production progress, dispatch schedules and unresolved administrative issues.

Ensuring office procedures are followed consistently and administrative standards are maintained.

Supporting continuity of office operations during staff absences and periods of increased workload.

Maintaining operational reporting spreadsheets and management information.

Maintaining administrative systems, templates and workflow documents.

Supporting administration teams where required Software knowledge for Office Manager required: Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Outlook and Word).

Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs and Google Drive).

Adobe Acrobat (PDF Editing), Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Bridge Sage 50 accounts (invoicing, exporting reports and data)
