Role: Social Worker / Senior Social Worker

Salary: £38,001.60 - £53,996.80 (Salary dependant on experience & qualifications)

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Support: Full induction, ongoing professional development, regular supervision, supportive management.

As a social worker within our family assessment services, you will be integral to providing accurate and objective advice and support to parents enabling families to thrive. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful, professional and respectful working relationships with the families in our centres, while leading the assessment process and completing comprehensive assessments of parenting capacity. With a manageable caseload, you will get to know your families well and be able to tailor your assessments to meet their needs and provide the best opportunities for success.

Provide evidence-based, analytical and comprehensive parenting assessments that provide clear recommendations for permanency planning for children and their families.

Our Ideal Candidate: It's your character, warmth, and genuine desire to make a difference that matters most. We want people who are ready to change lives, create a true sense of home, and bring care and compassion to everything they do. Have a Social Work Qualification. Be registered with Social Work England. Have a minimum of 1 year’s post-qualifying experience with children and families. Be experienced in working with families to complete robust parenting assessments, being honest, objective and open with them.
