Are you an experienced CNC Setter Operator? HR Employment Bureau are looking to recruit an experienced CNC Setter Operator to work with one of their prestigious clients based in Aldridge.
Working hours for CNC Setter Operator: 07:00 - 16:00 Monday - Thursday, 06:00 - 15:00 Friday.
Must have worked on HAAS Machines (Setting up, Operating)
Tasks for CNC Setter Operator:
- Set up and calibrate CNC HAAS Machines
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Conduct routine inspections of tooling, fixtures and machine components using precision measuring instruments such as callipers and micrometres
- Handle materials using FLT and other warehouse handling tools
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for materials movement
- Support quality control
Requirements needed for CNC Setter Operator:
- Experience in manufacturing environments
- Experience operating and setting CNC HAAS
- Familiarity with Fanuc controls
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
