Requirements:
Previous security experience
Valid SIA Licence (Door Supervisor Licence preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Good attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills
Ability to work independently and use initiative
Reliable and flexible approach to work
Job Role:
Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors
Carry out regular security patrols and identify potential risks or threats
Respond professionally to incidents, emergencies, and suspicious activity
Support staff and visitors with security-related matters
Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records
Carry out routine security checks and ensure site procedures are followed
Liaise with emergency services and external agencies when required
Report health & safety hazards and security concerns promptly
Remain vigilant and proactive to prevent disruption, loss, or damage
Follow all site policies, procedures, and security regulations
