Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance in accordance with the company’s PPM and task schedules.
- Undertake PPM activity in a quality, professional manner.
- Use & complete CAFM system.
- Produce technical and situational reports as required.
- At times you may be requested to carry out additional duties on site.
- Proactively use the technology systems given to you to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Carry out works requested in a professional and proactive manner.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with the team and clients.
- Write activity reports accurately and timely in line with Company procedures.
- Assist the management team in producing quotations by providing accurate information for extra works identified.
- Attend team meetings/briefings.
- Provide accurate time sheet information weekly and on time.
- Ensure that the Company is presented in a good light at all times.
- Undertake reactive maintenance works as directed by the Help Desk and/or management team.
- Escalate any major site issues or incidents to your line manager as soon as noticed.
- Manage Integral sub-contractors whilst working on site.
- Understand and be aware of the requirements of all relevant Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality legislation.
- Ensure that all materials and equipment are handled, stored and used with due regard to relevant legislation.
- Actively participate in health and safety processes required under Company policies and procedures.
- Follow any other reasonable instruction from the Contract Manager or Line Managers.
- Co-operate with the company to fulfil its moral and legal duties and obligations.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a Commercial environment.
- Electrical Engineering or Mechanical apprenticeship / NVQ or C&G (Essential).
- 18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation (Ability to attain 18th Edition through additional training if you have 17th Edition).
- Knowledge of air conditioning, ventilation extraction, plumbing and general fabric.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with all levels of staff.
- Proactive in achieving the highest standard of operation.
- Good IT and report writing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm and clear thinking.
- Able to deliver the required services to the client within given time constraints.
