We're looking for an experienced Site Shunter to join our busy and fast-paced operation.
If you thrive in a dynamic yard environment and have a solid background moving trailers safely and efficiently, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role You'll be responsible for moving Class 1 trailers around a busy distribution yard, ensuring trailers are positioned correctly for loading, unloading, and dispatch.
Safety, awareness, and teamwork are key to keeping our operation running smoothly.
What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Site Shunter/Yard Driver is essential.
Confident manoeuvring and positioning Class 1 trailers in a busy yard environment.
Strong understanding of yard safety procedures.
Reliable, proactive, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
No Class 1 (C+E) licence required , but applicants must have proven experience carrying out a similar shunting role.
Shift Pattern ? 4 on / 4 off ? 06:00 – 18:00 ?
