What Youll Be Doing
Improve Standards: Work directly with Surveyors and Installers to elevate technical accuracy and quality out in the field.
Problem Solve & Analyze: Review survey errors, installation issues, and recurring operational problems to identify root causes.
Process & Material Development: Help establish clear survey standards, checklists, practical guidance, toolbox talks, and training materials.
Coaching & Field Support: Provide hands-on coaching, deliver field-based support, and assist new starters or team members needing extra development.
Assess Competency: Carry out practical assessments and help develop our internal competency sign-off process.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with Operations, Customer Services, and SHEQ to translate lessons learned into actionable operational improvements.
Drive Performance: Focus on reducing rework, errors, and customer issues to raise overall Right First Time metrics.
