A growing national RBCA is looking for 2F Plan Checkers across the UK to join their expanding team. This is a role where you’ll be involved from design through to approval, not just reviewing and moving on.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess building control applications (domestic to complex commercial)
  • Get involved in pre- and post-design discussions
  • Review drawings and technical submissions
  • Support compliance decisions and approvals
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and project teams

What You’ll Need

  • BSR Registered (minimum 2F)
  • Strong knowledge of Building Regulations
  • Ability to manage your own workload
  • Confident communication skills
