What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include
- Supporting children's learning through play and engaging activities
- Encouraging children's social, emotional, and physical development
- Delivering high-quality care in line with the EYFS framework
- Creating a fun, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress
- Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Level 3 Qualification in Childcare or Early Years
- Valid Paediatric First Aid Certificate
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for supporting young children's learning and development
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
Desirable
- Experience working in nurseries, schools, or children's centres
- Experience supporting children from birth to five years
- Knowledge of child development and safeguarding procedures
- A flexible and positive approach to working in different settings
