About the role
The post holder will work within the Monmouthshire team, who are dedicated and passionate about making a real difference in their local community. Can you engage and empower people (aged 14+) to become volunteers and support local organisations by making quality volunteering placements?
About you
We are looking for someone with an understanding of the third sector and practical experience of working with people, ideally in their recruitment as volunteers. It is essential that you have strong interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to monitor and evaluate information using computer systems.

We deliver our services across four Local Authority areas in Gwent: Blaenau Gwent, Caerphilly, Monmouthshire and Newport.
