Commutable from England | 12 Days a Week in County | Loyalty Bonus | Great Location Commutable from Bristol | No Micromanagement
Are you currently looking for a flexible contract based in South East Wales? With the warmer weather here, you may be looking for a role that offers the flexibility to enjoy a better work-life balance and spend more time outside of work.
We are currently looking for an experienced Locality Team Social Worker to join a well-regarded authority in South Wales. This practitioner will become part of a supportive locality team, managing a varied caseload that includes children and families requiring assessment, support, child protection, and care planning interventions.
The team promotes a collaborative approach, with cases shared fairly across practitioners to ensure workloads remain manageable. You will have the opportunity to work across a mix of short and long-term cases while benefiting from a flexible and supportive working environment.
Because of this, you will enjoy greater autonomy in managing your diary, allowing for a healthier work-life balance while delivering high-quality outcomes for children and families.
What are the benefits of this role?
Manageable caseload
Exclusive loyalty bonuses to supplement your pay (+£13/hour)
Quality of service we work when it works for you, not when office hours dictate (over 500 5? Google reviews)
The UK's leading refer a friend bonus of £500
Strong work-life balance
Market-leading timesheet system making Fridays easier when it comes to getting paid
Flexible working arrangements with only 12 days per week required in the county
With flexible working hours, you can organise your casework more effectively, spend more time with family and loved ones, and produce high-quality work in a structured and less pressured environment.
If this role isn't quite right for you, but you know a friend or colleague who may be interested, we're offering a market-leading referral fee of £500 per placement. Simply get in touch to find out more.
As this is a statutory position, you must hold a recognised Social Work qualification and be registered with Social Care Wales.
