We are looking for a passionate, hardworking and motivated Chef de Partieto join the kitchen team at ODA.

This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who takes pride in producing high-quality food, enjoys working as part of a professional kitchen team and wants to develop their skills in a busy and supportive environment.

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your section to a consistently high standard, supporting the wider kitchen team and helping to deliver an excellent experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities Take responsibility for your designated section during preparation and service.

Prepare, cook and present dishes to ODA's required standards.

Ensure all food is consistently high quality, well-presented and served at the correct temperature.

Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and organisation.

Follow recipes, portion specifications and presentation standards.

Ensure correct stock rotation and minimise food waste.

Follow all food hygiene, health & safety and HACCP procedures.

Maintain and clean kitchen equipment and work areas throughout the shift.

Contribute positively to the kitchen environment and maintain high standards during busy services.

We are looking for someone who:
Has previous experience as a Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef.

Takes pride in producing consistently high-quality dishes.

Has good knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen procedures.

Is organised, reliable and able to work efficiently under pressure.

Has excellent attention to detail.

Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively.

Understands the importance of food hygiene and kitchen safety.

Is ambitious and keen to develop their culinary career.
