Applicants should have previous experience supporting pupils with SEND. Experience working with Autism, ADHD, SEMH or complex learning needs is highly desirable. A strong understanding of safeguarding and child development is essential. Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a patient, resilient and nurturing approach.
