CHEF DE PARTIE and SOUS CHEF required for various permanent chef positions across Cornwall. We are working with a range of clients who are looking for full-time chefs on a permanent basis.

  • POSITION 1 - SOUS CHEF: A kitchen near Newquay in Cornwall is looking for a sous chef to support the head chef for the smooth running of the kitchen. This is fresh food, sous chef up to 38k plus tips.
  • POSITION 2 - SOUS CHEF: Fresh food gastro pub in Cornwall, all fresh food and they are looking to push the food forward to the next level.
  • POSITION 3 - SOUS CHEF: Hotel and restaurant near Truro, live in, good levels, 38-40k, run the kitchen with the head chef and looking towards rosette level.
  • POSITION 4 - CHEF DE PARTIE: Fresh food kitchen within a hotel in Cornwall, this hotel has stunning views, great level of food, live in available, up to 33k. Chef de partie to run one of the sections.
  • POSITION 5 - CHEF DE PARTIE: Hotel in Cornwall with a rosette level kitchen, fresh food, 34-36k package, good quality food and live in onsite. Chef de partie to run one of the sections.
  • POSITION 6 - CHEF DE PARTIE: Fresh food kitchen in Cornwall, using lots of Cornish fish, fresh food and good level of produce, chef de partie, up to 34k and live in.

Experience: For all these roles we are looking for sous chefs and chef de parties with a fresh food background, good knife skills and able to work with fresh food. All positions are permanent and full time.
