Are you ready to make a real difference in someone's life? We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Support Worker to join our Wiltshire Service based in Semington Trowbridge, helping to oversee and deliver high-quality support. You will report into the Registered Manager, splitting your time between hands-on support and leadership/administrative tasks to ensure our service runs smoothly. This is a varied and rewarding role with plenty of opportunity to make an impact.

About the people you'll be supporting: You will be supporting 3 female clients, with learning disabilities and/or autism. Each person has unique needs, preferences, and routines. Some enjoy active community days out, others prefer quieter home-based activities. Your role will be to help them live safe, happy, and meaningful lives, whilst ensuring their care is consistent, person-centred, and of the highest quality.

Where you'll be working: Semington Trowbridge. This is a full-time role where your week will be split between providing direct support on shift and also completing leadership and administrative tasks.

What is required from you?

  • A minimum of 12 months on your right to work
  • Full UK Drivers licence
  • Level 2 in Health and Social Care and willing to work towards level 3
