As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will provide consistent, compassionate support to children who may experience anxiety, emotional dysregulation, low confidence, behavioural challenges or difficulties engaging with education.
Working alongside teachers, SEN professionals and therapists, you will help pupils develop emotional resilience, positive coping strategies and the confidence to overcome barriers to learning.
The Role As a Mental Health Support Worker, your responsibilities will include: Providing tailored one-to-one and small-group support to pupils experiencing SEMH and emotional wellbeing needs.
