- Teach and assess learners across ESOL programmes at a range of levels
- Deliver engaging, learner-centred English language lessons covering speaking, listening, reading, and writing
- Support learners in developing functional English for employment, education, and daily life
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of learners from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds
- Prepare learners for progression into further study, employment, or vocational pathways
- Maintain high standards of teaching, assessment, safeguarding, and professional practice
- Inspire confidence, communication skills, and a love of learning
- Relevant ESOL, English, Linguistics, or Teaching qualifications (Level 3 or above)
- Experience teaching ESOL or supporting learners with English as an additional language
- A strong understanding of inclusive, supportive, and culturally sensitive teaching approaches
- Teaching or assessing qualifications are welcomed but not essential
- Flexibility to balance work with other professional or personal commitments
