• Salary: Unqualified Lecturer: £29,294 per year; Qualified Lecturer: £31,885 - £40,814 per year (Depending on Skills, Qualifications & Experience)
• Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

• Teach and assess learners across a range of English programmes, including GCSE and Functional Skills
• Deliver engaging, accessible lessons that develop learners' reading, writing, speaking and listening skills
• Support learners with varying abilities, including those who may lack confidence in English
• Use creative, inclusive and practical approaches to make English relevant to everyday life, employment and further study
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, professionalism, and learner wellbeing
• Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement

• A relevant English qualification (Level 3 or above)
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently
• Experience working with learners or supporting others in education or training
• A commitment to inclusive teaching and learner success
• A Level 4 teaching qualification or above is welcomed but if you don't have one yet, we'll support you to achieve it while you work
