What Youll Do
Teach and assess learners across a range of Business programmes, including vocational and technical qualifications from Level 2 to T Levels, level 3 where appropriate
Deliver engaging, industry-relevant lessons that develop commercial awareness, business knowledge, and employability skills
Support learners to achieve qualifications and progress into employment, apprenticeships, or higher education
Use practical and creative teaching approaches to bring business concepts to life and make learning relevant to real-world contexts
Maintain high standards of safeguarding, professionalism, and learner wellbeing
Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement and personal development
Contribute to curriculum development and help create an inspiring and inclusive learning environment
What Youll Bring
A relevant qualification in Business, Management, Enterprise, Marketing, or a related subject (Level 3 or above)
Strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively
Experience working within a business environment and/or supporting learners in education or training
A commitment to inclusive teaching and learner success
A Level 4 teaching qualification or above is welcomed but if you dont have one yet, well support you to achieve it while you work
