Are you ready for an exciting step in your Finance career? Our client, a dynamic and thriving business near Trowbridge, is seeking a talented Finance Manager. In this pivotal role, you'll take the lead in managing financial operations for a fast-growing group, collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Produce monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts and project costs.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial controls.
- Manage payroll, bookkeeping and treasury activities.
- Lead operational improvement and business projects.
- Manage supplier relationships, audits and tax submissions.
- Improve processes through automation and systems optimisation.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- CIMA or ACCA qualified, or actively studying.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
- Manufacturing, engineering experience desirable.
- Experience using ERP systems.
