In this role you will receive full support, reporting to the Service Manager, working in a team of 3. You will play an integral role in planning the schedules of the engineers, ensuring allocated times are correct alongside writing up jobs and dealing with customers over the phone. This company is a trusted and well-established supplier of agricultural, construction, and ground care machinery, delivering high-quality equipment, exceptional service, and expert support to businesses and individuals across Scotland.

The Role- Full internal training / mentoring and external courses
