This is a fantastic opportunity whether you already have experience in care or are looking for a career change. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting individuals with learning disabilities and communication needs in daily activities
Encouraging independence and community engagement
Supporting social activities and helping maintain relationships with family and friends
Assisting with shopping, household tasks and day-to-day living
Supporting with personal care where required
Helping create a positive, enjoyable and safe environment every day
Driving service users using mobility vehicles where needed
What we're looking for:
Full UK manual driving licence essential
Access to your own vehicle essential
Flexible approach to working shifts across weekdays and weekends
Positive, caring and reliable attitude
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential
