Are you an experienced Sheet Metal Worker looking to join a growing manufacturing business with a reputation for engineering excellence?
Our client is a specialist manufacturer supplying bespoke products to customers across the UK and internationally. Due to continued growth and investment, they are looking to recruit a skilled Sheet Metal Worker to join their established production team in Staplehurst.
The Role
Working within a modern manufacturing facility, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality sheet metal components to customer specifications, ensuring accuracy, quality and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process.
Key responsibilities include:
Bending, forming, fabricating and finishing sheet metal components
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Deburring, drilling and carrying out general sheet metal duties
Spot welding components where required
Producing work to high quality standards and customer specifications
Working safely within ISO 9001 quality procedures
We're looking for someone with:
Previous experience in sheet metal fabrication or fine limit sheet metal work
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Experience with fabrication and sheet metal assemblies
Competence in deburring, drilling and spot welding
Experience working within an ISO 9001 manufacturing environment
Desirable
TIG welding experience
LVD CNC press brake experience
Power rollers or guillotine experience
