My client, an established international manufacturer of dental materials, is currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator to join their team.
This is a varied and important role, acting as a key link between customers, the Sales team and internal departments including Operations, Production, Quality Control, Artwork and Despatch.
You will be responsible for coordinating the sales process from customer enquiry through to order fulfilment, while also supporting artwork, export documentation and general sales administration.
What you will actually do - Manage customer enquiries via telephone and email, providing updates on orders, lead times, deliveries, collections and delays.
Process sales orders and prepare relevant documentation using SAGE 200 and Microsoft Office.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
Maintain customer accounts, pricing, product information and sales records.
Coordinate urgent and special customer requirements, ensuring clear communication across the business.
Provide customers with product and quality documentation, including SDS sheets, Certificates of Analysis, Quality Certificates, Product Data Sheets and IFUs.
Coordinate packaging artwork, including labels, IFUs and cartons, using CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator where required.
Prepare export and shipping documentation, including Certificates of Origin, EUR1 forms, Batch Certificates and Commercial Invoices.
Support Despatch, agents and export processes as required.
Assist with sales reporting, month-end activities, exhibitions and wider sales administration.
Provide support and cover for colleagues when required.
What You will need - 2+ years experience in sales support, customer service, administration or a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
Good Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
Experience with SAGE or a similar CRM/ERP system is desirable.
Experience with CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator would be advantageous.
Knowledge of export documentation would be beneficial.
