The role of the Technical Sales Advisor Waterproofing Systems will involve:
- Technical Sales Advisor position supporting and selling a range of structural waterproofing systems.
- The majority of your time will be acting as first line technical support to merchants, contractors, installers and housing associations for all queries relating to central heating products.
- The remainder of your time offering technical support to internal teams.
- Fielding inbound telephone queries and providing appropriate solutions.
- Carrying out product training and answering questions for both colleagues and customers.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures.
- Working closely with other Technical Sales Advisors.
The ideal applicant will be a Technical Sales Advisor Waterproofing Systems with:
- Experience dealing with specialist building products or closely related: liquid applied, roofing, waterproofing or a closely related product or system.
- Open to an Installer, Administration or Supervisor of specialist building products looking to get into sales.
- Advantageous to have a technical mind-set with the ability to understand product specifications.
- Positive telephone manner with the ability to resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
- IT literate (Microsoft Office).
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Stable career history.
