An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support the Personal Assistant (PA) to the Managing Director for NRS Dounreay. The successful candidate will be based on site. This role requires a professional who can handle a dynamic workload with discretion, efficiency, and attention to detail.
What you will be doing:
- You will provide administrative and organisational support to the Managing Director's office, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules, communications, and daily operations.
- You will manage meetings and correspondence with professionalism and discretion, maintain confidential records, and support the smooth running of the office through effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate complex schedules, meetings, and correspondence to support the Managing Director's office.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records and ensure efficient day-to-day office operations.
- Organise VIP visits ensuring all arrangements and itineraries are delivered to an exceptional standard.
