An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support the Personal Assistant (PA) to the Managing Director for NRS Dounreay. The successful candidate will be based on site. This role requires a professional who can handle a dynamic workload with discretion, efficiency, and attention to detail.

What you will be doing:

  • You will provide administrative and organisational support to the Managing Director's office, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules, communications, and daily operations.
  • You will manage meetings and correspondence with professionalism and discretion, maintain confidential records, and support the smooth running of the office through effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate complex schedules, meetings, and correspondence to support the Managing Director's office.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records and ensure efficient day-to-day office operations.
  • Organise VIP visits ensuring all arrangements and itineraries are delivered to an exceptional standard.

What you will bring:

  • You will be an organised, detail-focused administrator with strong IT skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, you will communicate clearly, handle sensitive information with discretion, and take ownership of your responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role with a good standard of education.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
