What You'll Be Doing
As a Level 3 Early Years Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced practitioners to support children's learning and development while completing your qualification.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting children in their daily learning and play experiences.
Assisting with planning and delivering engaging activities based on children's interests and developmental stages.
Encouraging children's exploration, creativity, and independence.
Supporting outdoor learning activities, nature-based experiences, and sensory play.
Building positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
