Evening Replenishment Supervisor required for a warehouse near Thetford. We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor / Department Manager or Team Leader to join a well-established team on a full time, permanent basis. This is an amazing opportunity to work for a national retail organisation at their fast-paced distribution centre.

As the Replenishment Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the replenishment team during the evening shift, ensuring stock is available in the correct locations to support picking operations and maintain warehouse efficiency.
  • Leading by example, driving productivity, accuracy, and safety while supporting the development of your team.

Main Duties Include:

  • Supervise and coordinate evening replenishment activities across the warehouse.
  • Ensure stock is replenished accurately and efficiently to designated pick locations.
  • Monitor stock levels and identify replenishment priorities to support operational demands.
  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse operatives to achieve performance targets.
  • Ensure all warehouse activities are carried out safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor productivity and quality standards, taking corrective action where necessary.
  • Liaise with other warehouse departments to ensure smooth workflow and operational continuity.
  • Assist with training, coaching, and development of team members.
  • Support inventory accuracy through effective stock handling and reporting of discrepancies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse operation.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous supervisory experience within a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience working within replenishment, stock control, or warehouse operations.
  • Good organisational and planning abilities.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A hands-on approach with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of health and safety requirements within a warehouse setting.
  • Experience using warehouse management systems and handheld scanning technology.

Desirable:

  • Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck licence.
  • Experience within a retail distribution environment.
  • Knowledge of warehouse KPIs and performance management.
  • Experience supporting continuous improvement and operational efficiency projects.
