Responsibilities as a Deputy Manager:
- Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance.
- Lead, support and develop the care team, promoting excellent clinical practice, safeguarding and person-centred care.
- Oversee care planning, audits, medication, risk management and quality assurance, ensuring residents' needs are consistently met.
Requirements as a Deputy Manager:
- Previous experience in a Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead or senior nursing/care management role within a nursing home.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding and clinical governance.
