An ambitious, down-to-earth Construction Consultancy is looking to add a professional Senior Quantity Surveyor with a PQS /Consultancy background, to join their expanding Quantity Surveying team in Surrey.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role:
- Working alongside a Director and Associate Director, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will primarily be helping to deliver an array of impressive high-end residential projects for private clients including new build developments and comprehensive refurbishments.
- Day to day, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be providing pre and post contract services, whilst being supported by 1-2 Graduate / Assistant Quantity Surveyors throughout.
Requirements:
- MRICS is preferred
- Completed a Quantity Surveying or Construction related degree
- Residential, ideally high-end residential, project experience
- Worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice
- Client facing
- Driving licence and car
- Comfortable running your own jobs from inception to completion
In Return:
