What you'll be working:
Your hours are based on a rota working every other weekend.

What you'll be doing:
As a member of our team, you will support residents to achieve outcomes in areas such as:
Mental wellbeing
Independent living skills
Medication/ including self-management
Physical health and wellbeing
Community integration and social inclusion
Education, volunteering and employment opportunities
Building and maintaining healthy relationships
Financial management and budgeting skills
Meaningful occupation and purposeful daily activities
Positive risk-taking and risk management
Emotional regulation and resilience
Relapse prevention and recovery planning
Supporting our residents with day to day needs which might include personal care
What you'll have:
Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
Flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working.
Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping.
Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.
Self-confidence and ability to manage challenging situations
