An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Machine Operator to join a leading FMCG manufacturing business based in the Oxford area. The company is continuing to invest in its manufacturing facilities, machinery and people, creating an excellent opportunity for an experienced Machine Operator to join a growing production team.
You will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. You will play an important role in maintaining production output and minimising downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated production machinery.
- Set up machinery and production lines according to manufacturing requirements.
- Monitor production processes and ensure products meet quality standards.
- Carry out basic fault-finding and adjustments where required.
- Complete quality checks and production documentation.
- Work to strict health, safety and hygiene procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organised production environment.
