Our client, a highly respected organisation, is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of a business that values innovation, collaboration, and outstanding customer service.

In this a varied and rewarding role, you'll act as a vital link between dealer partners, retail customers, account managers, and internal departments.

You'll play an important role in supporting business operations, managing customer and dealer enquiries, processing sales-related administration, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from start to finish.

This position would suit a highly organised individual with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine passion for delivering first-class support.

As an Customer Support Executive you will be responsible for:
Provide exceptional support to dealer partners, retail customers, account managers, and internal stakeholders.

Process sales contracts and documentation accurately within agreed service levels.

Respond to customer and dealer enquiries via telephone, email, and digital communication channels, recording all information accurately.

Act as a key user and manage and administer multiple operational systems in line with company procedures and policies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealer partners and prospective new partners.

Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to provide informed support and guidance.

Undertake additional administrative and support tasks as required.

Skills & experience required
Previous customer service, customer support, sales support, or administrative experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.

Confident handling customer conversations over the telephone.

Ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues, customers, and external partners.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
