We have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced skilled butcher to join our established and highly skilled team working at our Tewkesbury shop located within the Dobbies Garden Centre, supporting the day to day running of the shop, helping to drive performance and contribute to developing innovative, award winning quality products.

Working closely with the Shop Manager and the Butchery and Delicatessen team, you will be fully competent in all aspects of butchery with excellent butchery and display standards, providing premium quality products and service to our valued customers.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a skilled butcher in a busy retail environment
  • Commercial awareness and confidence balancing shop performance with customer service
  • Passion for product development and delivering premium quality produce
