This role would suit candidates with experience as a General Labourer, CSCS Labourer, Retail Shop Fitter, Shop Fitter, Retail Fitter, Installer, POS Installer, Display Installer, Site Operative, Installation Operative or Construction Labourer .

- Various Day & Night shifts | Monday to Sunday
- Guaranteed minimum 39 hours per week
- Nights away and weekend working required as part of the role Rates of Pay

- Ongoing training and career development Day-to-Day Duties As a General Labourer / Retail Shop Fitter , your duties will include:
- Installing retail interiors, fixtures and display equipment at customer sites
- Completing installations independently or as part of a professional fitting team
- Working from technical drawings, plans and site surveys
- Loading, unloading and transporting materials safely and securely
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Completing installation paperwork accurately
- Working away from home when required, including travel across the UK and occasional overseas assignments
- Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety on every project Essential Skills To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Valid Green CSCS Card
- Full UK Driving Licence (maximum nine penalty points)
- Previous experience as a Labourer, Installer, Shop Fitter or similar role
- Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow installation plans
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Strong practical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid passport and willingness to travel, including occasional overseas work Desirable Experience
- Previous Retail Shop Fitting experience
- POS or Display Installation experience
- Experience working on nationwide installation projects Training Provided
- Full training on company policies and procedures
