Ignition Driver Recruitment are looking for Class 2 Drivers in Tewkesbury to work with our client, who is the UK's leading Logistics & Distribution provider.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Driving a Class 2 (Cat C) vehicle
- Bulk collections and deliveries
- Delivering cages, pallets, stillages and freight to customers' homes
- Working to a delivery schedule
- Some handballing will be required
- Scanning consignments in and out required
- Vehicle checks and the usual defect and delivery paperwork expected
As this is a customer-facing role, we are looking for people who are clean and tidy and have the ability to deal with different types of people.
About you:
You must have your Class 2 Driving Licence and at least 12 months experience driving commercially. You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card. Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we cannot accept DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements.
As a professional Driver, you will be up to date with the WTD regulations and maintain your own compliance requirements. You will be required to complete a Drug & Alcohol test and also a driving assessment.
You must be a UK resident (we are unable to assist people with VISAs or relocation) and have the relevant Right To Work documentation.
