T&K Associates are currently recruiting for a Test Technician to join our client based in Ashby-de-la-Zouch on the afternoon shift on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a friendly Company in the testing department that has expanded over the years.

Job Details & Benefits:

  • £12.71-£14.24 per hour
  • Monday Thursday 2pm-10:45pm and Friday 2pm-7pm
  • Training will take place on a day shift paying £12.71 per hour, after training you'll move to afternoons and your pay will increase to £14.24 per hour which includes shift allowance

Duties:

  • Testing production boards using test programs on the flying probe machine
  • Bench testing product to meet production demand
  • Identify and rework any faulty components
  • Debugging of programs and program creation as required
  • Assisting with developing and de-bugging of programs for customers who require testing on their production products
  • Gathering data and feedback defect analysis to the relevant departments allowing process improvement
  • Read schematics and perform fault finding on PCB boards

Person specification:
