Do you have the drive to make a difference by living our values every day to deliver an excellent customer experience? You'll add significant value providing a tenancy sustainment service working with our customers to be there to call on when they need help. You'll work with them to help them sustain their tenancy, understand their needs, offer support and take action to help them develop their skills and behaviours.
We're looking for a flexible, dedicated and highly motivated individual, who would welcome the opportunity to have a direct impact on improving tenancy sustainment for our residents. You will be customer-focused, innovative in your approach and be able to implement initiatives to promote tenancy sustainability and deliver excellent customer service in a challenging environment.
You’ll be able to:
- Deliver an excellent customer focused, tenancy sustainment service to our most vulnerable residents
- Be adaptable and brilliant at working in partnership with our customers, colleagues and communities
- Design and deliver effective campaigns to encourage tenancy sustainment across our communities
- Support the creation of new ideas and innovation in the business
For this role, you’ll need a full UK driving licence and will also be required to undergo a DBS check.

About our team: Our team is great (if we don’t mind saying so ourselves!) we’re led by our Executive Director of Customer Experience. We work hard, support each other, and also like to have fun!
