Are you a qualified Teaching Assistant looking for a new opportunity from September? Winner Education are working with an SEN/PRU secondary school in Telford who are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team.
The Role:
- Support students with SEN and additional needs
- Provide one-to-one and small group support
- Assist with learning, behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Help create a positive and supportive learning environment
- Work closely with teachers and SEN staff
What We're Looking For:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification β essential
- Previous experience working with secondary-aged students
- Experience supporting SEN or challenging behaviour is desirable
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- A patient, resilient and supportive approach
