Role Summary
We're looking for a Delivery Lead to support the Security Console work through discovery and into delivery readiness. This is a coordination role focused on maintaining momentum, creating clarity, and helping shape work so it lands cleanly with delivery teams. This is not a traditional management role. You will work alongside a strong, design-led team - supporting flow and alignment without directing specialists. The client will engage directly with the team, so this role is about enabling good interaction, not acting as a single point of contact.
What you'll be doing
- Support discovery and shaping
- Help structure discovery activity, capture outputs, and ensure problems, options and decisions are clear and documented.
- Maintain a clear, usable backlog
- Bring together requirements into a simple, coherent backlog, combining inputs into prioritised epics aligned to delivery teams.
- Coordinate flow into delivery
- Ensure work is well-formed, aligned and ready before it moves into delivery teams, reducing ambiguity and rework.
- Enable team and client interaction
- Support open, direct collaboration between the client and the wider team - avoiding dependency on a single point of contact while keeping conversations aligned and productive.
- Light-touch governance and visibility
- Help track decisions, priorities and next steps through simple, structured processes (e.g. triage and shaping), keeping work visible without slowing things down.
- Coordinate delivery readiness
- Ensure prioritised work has clear scope, assumptions and direction before progressing, supporting smooth mobilisation into delivery.
