The Opportunity We\'re currently looking for a Technical Illustrator to join our busy Technical Support team based at our Alfreton office. You will create and maintain high quality SOP\'s (standard operating procedures, installation/user manuals and the creation of drawings/models for product fabrications. As our Technical Illustrator, you will be specifically responsible for: Ensuring the generation of technical materials that are required to facilitate the delivery of product to market in a timely manner Working with our new kit design team to create 3d models and SOPS\'s for new dedicated illustration kits for all group products Creating work instructions and SPO\'s to assist the production line and production manager Creating or revise user and installation manuals for any new or existing products brought to market by any of the groups brands Managing and implement change through processes and communicate with other departments to deal with enquiries both efficiently and effectively Creating an illustrated parts catalogue (IPC) to assist every department determine product parts and codes In order to be successful in this role you must have / be: 3 Years + experience as a Technical Illustrator Proficient in CAD, solidworks and Adobe packages including illustrator Good understanding of basic engineering principles A well-organised professional Proactive, self-motivated and solutions-focused A clear and confident communicator and strong team player High levels of accuracy and attention to detail A logical, process-driven mindset Apply now and start your journey with us!
