About the role
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks.
Encouraging participation in different hobbies such as swimming, bowling, musicals, and arts and crafts.
Supporting individuals in achieving their personal goals and building independence.
Ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Providing companionship and fostering a positive, inclusive environment.

We are seeking compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Support Workers to join our team, providing full support to 4 females and 4 males with diverse needs in Taunton.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for working with individuals who need full support.
The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essentialtraining will be provided.
