Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a MIG Welder to join our client on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced welder to join a busy manufacturing environment working with steel products.

The successful MIG Welder will be responsible for carrying out high-quality welding work while maintaining production standards, safety procedures, and attention to detail throughout the manufacturing process.

Your Role

  • Carrying out MIG welding on steel products
  • Reading and working from engineering drawings and specifications
  • Inspecting completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
  • Preparing materials prior to welding
  • Using workshop tools and equipment safely and effectively
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area
  • Following all health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements

  • Previous MIG welding experience - essential
  • Experience working with steel products
  • Ability to work accurately and consistently to quality standards
  • Good attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual and hard-working
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay & Shifts

£16.00 per hour

Monday - Friday

Flexible start times available:

  • 06:00 - 15:00
  • 07:00 - 16:00
  • 08:00 - 17:00
