Metals Buyer / Trader with several years experience in the scrap metal recycling industry required to purchase ferrous and nonferrous material.
Location: Remote role, based somewhere across central England - Midlands / Anglia.
Package: £Neg depending on current salary and tonnages you are delivering.
You will have worked in metal recycling in one of these functions: Scrap Metal Commercial Manager, Field Sales Executive, BDM, Business Development Executive, FSE, Non-Ferrous Metals Trader, Business Development Manager, BDE, Sales Manager, Ferrous Metals Buyer, Metals Trader.
Role: You will purchase tonnage of nonferrous and ferrous metals from industry, manufacturing, general waste companies and other producers of scrap. You will self-generate leads, build potential client lists, sit appointments, account manage.
Experience: To be considered, you MUST have several years experience working in the scrap metal recycling sector in a commercial buying / business development role and have drive and self-sufficiency. You will have a full UK Driving Licence.
