Weekend Showroom Host (PART TIME) Prestige Dealership - Swindon We're recruiting for a Weekend Showroom Host to join a busy automotive dealership in Swindon.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for customers.
As the first point of contact for visitors, you'll play an important role in ensuring every customer receives a professional and friendly experience from the moment they arrive.
As a Weekend Showroom Host, you'll be responsible for welcoming customers and visitors, managing customer arrivals and ensuring the showroom presents a professional and inviting atmosphere at all times.
Key responsibilities include: Greeting customers and visitors in a warm, professional and friendly manner.
Acting as the first point of contact and directing enquiries to the appropriate department.
Supporting the Sales and Aftersales teams by managing customer arrivals efficiently.
Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming showroom environment.
Delivering an outstanding customer experience that reflects the high standards of the dealership.
Assisting with general reception and administrative duties where required.
This is a weekend-only position , working 8 hours on Saturday and 6 hours on Sunday.
You'll ideally have: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within retail, hospitality or the automotive industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A confident and welcoming approach.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A professional appearance and positive attitude.
The ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
What's on Offer Salary of £9,253. 14-hour weekend working pattern (8 hours Saturday, 6 hours Sunday).
