We're looking for a Senior Manager, Data, AI & Performance Analytics to join us on that journey. This role is about more than just day-to-day responsibilities, it's about shaping how we inspire our customers, support our stores, and grow our community of adventurers.

What you'll be doing:
- Define and deliver the Customer & Digital Data, AI and Analytics strategy, building a high-performing capability to drive eCommerce growth and commercial performance.
- Act as a senior leader across Data, Insight, AI and Automation, shaping organisational maturity and driving innovation through scalable, data-led solutions.
- Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing analytics and data science team, fostering a culture of experimentation, excellence and continuous improvement.
- Drive data literacy across the organisation, enabling better decision-making through insight, experimentation, and effective use of AI and analytics tools.
- Own digital measurement frameworks, forecasting, attribution, and performance modelling to connect investment with commercial outcomes, revenue and ROI.
- Enable CRO and optimisation by providing data foundations, experimentation measurement, insight generation, and actionable recommendations to improve customer experience and performance.
- Lead the Data Science and AI roadmap, delivering automation, predictive analytics, and scalable insight capabilities while partnering with technology teams on future-ready data architecture.
- Deliver clear, commercially focused insight, reporting, and dashboards, embedding best practices in governance, tracking, and analytics to support real-time decision-making and maximise impact.
We're looking for someone with:
- Strong knowledge of performance analytics and experimentation within eCommerce and digital environments.
- Experience developing measurement frameworks, attribution models, forecasting, and commercial performance analysis.
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and automation applications across customer, digital, and commercial contexts.
- Experience with data platforms, ETL processes, APIs, and cloud environments (e.g. GCP).
- Expertise in digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Content Square.
- Experience with BI and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or MicroStrategy.
- Knowledge of Tag Management Systems including GTM, Adobe Launch, or Tealium, along with experimentation platforms and optimisation programmes.
- Proven experience leading analytics, data science, or digital insight teams.
