Senior Driving Recruitment Consultant – Swindon People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Senior Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our well-established branch based in Swindon , overseeing the driving division.

Day-to-Day Duties As a Senior Driving Recruitment Consultant, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Carrying out business development activity to identify new opportunities
- Managing and developing existing client relationships
- Attending client meetings to discuss recruitment campaigns and workforce requirements
- Sourcing and matching candidates to vacancies
- Writing engaging job advertisements and marketing campaigns
- Shortlisting, interviewing, and registering candidates
- Ensuring compliance and completing all administrative tasks accurately
- Conducting client service reviews and regular site visits
- Reporting performance figures and working towards KPIs and targets
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of driving candidates Essential Skills To be successful as a Senior Driving Recruitment Consultant, you will need:
- Previous recruitment experience, ideally within the driving sector
- Excellent communication skills with a positive and proactive attitude
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Strong customer service and client-facing skills
- The ability to work towards targets and KPIs
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages
- The right to work in the UK (proof required) Desirable Experience
- Previous driving recruitment experience would be highly advantageous
- Business development experience would be beneficial
- Experience using an ATS/CRM system would be desirable Training Provided
