These roles involve supporting children and young people with a wide range of additional needs including SEMH, ASD, SLD, communication difficulties, behavioural needs and complex learning needs.

The schools we work with provide supportive and nurturing environments for pupils ages between 4 and 19, who may struggle within mainstream education. Many students require additional emotional support, structured routines and tailored learning approaches to help them engage positively with education and reach their full potential.
