We're looking for an experienced and motivated Quality Manager to join our Quality Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the quality of education across the College, working collaboratively with curriculum and business support teams to drive excellence in teaching, learning, assessment and the overall student experience.

Working closely with the Assistant Principal – Quality, you'll lead and coordinate quality assurance and improvement activities, using data, insight and collaboration to support high standards, promote innovation and ensure the College remains inspection ready.

What you'll do: Support the Assistant Principal – Quality in leading and coordinating the College's Quality and Curriculum Improvement Team.

Coordinate the College's annual quality cycle, ensuring quality assurance activities are delivered effectively and on time.

Support curriculum and business support teams to develop, implement and monitor Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs).

Analyse performance data, including achievement, retention, attendance, progress and destinations, identifying trends and supporting improvement.

Work proactively with curriculum leaders to implement recovery plans and drive continuous improvement.

Coordinate self-assessment, quality reviews, learner voice activities and inspection preparation.

Monitor compliance with awarding organisation and regulatory requirements, ensuring robust quality assurance processes are maintained.

Produce management reports and quality information to support strategic decision-making.

Promote a culture of excellence, innovation and continuous improvement across the College.

Build strong relationships with managers and colleagues, providing support, challenge and guidance to improve learner outcomes.

What we're looking for: A Level 5 Teaching Qualification.

Assessor and IQA qualifications.

Level 2 qualifications in English, Maths and ICT (or equivalent).

Significant experience of quality assurance and quality improvement within the Further Education sector.

A strong understanding of Ofsted's Education Inspection Framework, awarding organisation requirements and quality assurance processes.

Experience of self-assessment, quality improvement planning and performance monitoring.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present meaningful insights.

Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and support colleagues at all levels.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

A proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for improving learner outcomes and driving organisational excellence.
