Parts Advisor Trowbridge | Permanent | Full-Time | £29,304.60 Basic + £31,000 OTE
Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client based in Bath , who are actively looking to recruit an experienced and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join their busy team on a permanent, full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience within an automotive or parts environment who enjoys working in a fast-paced role and providing excellent customer service.
What you will be doing
Working as part of a busy Parts Department, you will be responsible for ensuring customers and technicians receive the correct parts efficiently and on time.
Your duties will include: Maintaining accurate stock and inventory records of parts and supplies.
Assisting customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts for their vehicles.
Processing parts orders, deliveries and returns.
Liaising with suppliers to source and order parts as required.
Coordinating with technicians and workshop colleagues to ensure parts are available when needed.
Monitoring and maintaining accurate records of parts warranties.
Updating internal systems and ensuring all parts-related administration is completed accurately.
Providing a professional and helpful service to customers, both face-to-face and over the telephone.
Supporting the smooth and efficient running of the Parts Department.
What you will need to succeed: Previous experience within a Parts Department or automotive environment is preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
A professional and friendly telephone manner.
Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Excel and other computer systems .
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a busy environment.
A proactive, reliable and team-focused approach.
What you will receive in return: Basic salary: £29,304.60 per annum OTE: £31,000 per annum Monday to Friday, full-time hours.
